Dakota Vincent 4/03/2019 4:51 PMGo, Ryan! Walking is a great way to lose weight, and now that it's getting nicer out, it will be more enjoyable to go for walks around the neighborhood. I have been relying on treadmills all winter, it'll be nice to get some fresh air!

RYAN PHELAN 4/01/2019 9:27 AMevery year when it gets cold and warmer I go through my clothes and whatever fits me I keep it, and what does not fit I give it to a clothing bin at my church or to other charaties. It is a great way to give to people who don't have nice clothes. -
RYAN PHELAN 4/01/2019 8:17 AMToday i walked with my dog Braxis for 40 minutes that is more than we usually walk. it was not easy with the strong wind and my hands were freezing but we mangaed fine, i feel like am getting fit every time we go walking.
