  • REFLECTION QUESTION

How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "R's" make you feel?

Reduce food waste and overall consumption of (needless) consumer goods. Reuse packaging containers (i.e. glass, metal tins, plastic containers). Refuse to buy products that I know cause more harm than good. Whether that be in the manufacturing process or how the impact the environment when tossed in landfills. Repair items rather than replace them.

Knowing to differentiate between these terms will help in buying products, but also in minimizing food waste.
