JT Ruggier 4/17/2019 11:10 AMI have been riding the bus instead of driving to work. It takes more time but I feel good about not polluting the air. I have been staying on track with eating veggie base meals for the most part. Some days I have only eaten plant based meals and not had any meat at all.
