Electricity Generation Learn More About Geothermal Energy
Geothermal energy is reliable, abundant, and efficient. Project Drawdown states that public investment will play a crucial role in its expansion. In what ways (i.e. with money, time, advocacy) can you invest in geothermal energy?

I can't see this as an effective retrofit for me or others like me. It would need to be done at a community level or greater. Given the way other alternative energies are treated in our society, I believe it would take a committed leader at some level with a great deal of charisma and a willingness to take a risk with their political capital. Afraid I'm not too optimistic for near-term changes
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Transport Research and Consider Switching to a Hybrid or Electric Vehicle
Reducing (or eliminating) exhaust emissions and improving public health are two benefits of green vehicles. What other motivators inspire you to consider switching to a more fuel-efficient vehicle?

the entire cycle of energy production and associated waste seems to be like too much effort and cost for too little gain
I just wish it was easier to understand relative benefits and costs, conveniences and inconveniences to be able to feel like it's possible to make a truly informed choice
