In order to learn more about how I can support nutrient management in my community I visited the local farmers market by my house. This goes on every weekend and I often pass it up. However, this weekend I went and learned that the people selling their vegetables have farms in this area that you can visit. I met people from Farmer Mike's U-Pick and I also met someone who sells their own honey. These farmers markets are not only sustainable, but also a lot of fun. I look forward to going back again next weekend!
