REFLECTION QUESTIONFood CompostingProducing food that goes uneaten squanders many resources—seeds, water, energy, land, fertilizer, hours of labor, financial capital. Which of these kinds of waste most motivates you to change your behavior regarding food waste? Why?
Cristina Sciuto 4/09/2019 10:04 AMI would hate for anyone's labor to go wasted or fruits of labor undone. I've always felt strongly about not wasting food, but ensuring individual's hard work does not go wasted, and mitigating climate change to the extent possible, helps keep keep me motivated to limit food waste.
