REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodFun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

REFLECTION QUESTIONBuildings and CitiesWhat have you noticed on your daily walks? What have you enjoyed? What infrastructure changes could make your walks more enjoyable or possible?
Jamie Serbicki 4/08/2019 5:33 AMI enjoyed the nature sounds. The calming sound of the wind in the trees. Maybe walk further away from main entrance and exit- as this is a distraction for me and takes away from the calmness. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBuildings and CitiesHow do you anticipate replacing your thermostats for smart ones will positively impact your life?
Jamie Serbicki 4/08/2019 5:29 AMThe system will adjust for temperature that we require. instead of wasting energy to pull the temperature down or up when temperature is more than 7 degree fluctuation .It will use less energy to maintain and balance the temperature.
