I'm participating in this challenge, to make small everyday changes for myself, and for the environment around me. Although I know it's hard to change your habits, its important to ensure we save our planet. It's been a fun (and sometimes frustrating) challenge to make me look at food and transportation in a new light.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Smaller Portions

I've helped support a woman owned business within my business. Truly Good Foods was founded and is run by women. Supporting women helps build a stronger sense of community and communication. Being able to lift each other up and show support, helps to become a strong front for any workforce
