I never knew this: "The guidelines for freezer storage are for quality only. Frozen foods constantly stored at 0°F or below can be kept indefinitely."
Knowing that food is still safe long after it's frozen is comforting! No more throwing out food just because it's sat in the freezer for a few months.

In what other ways could you help girls overcome health barriers to being able to attend school?

Education on self care by giving girls some tips and tools to use when they are feeling physical and emotional pain and exhaustion from menstruation. Things like exercise, rest, and warm towels  for cramps can help on bad days. Knowing what "normal" pain is can also help alert them when something is truly not healthy and to seek medical attention if they are able.

    Food Reduce Animal Products
In your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?

I believe it is a privilege issue. We are able to go to the grocery store and easily buy large amounts of cheap meat. We do not have to raise and slaughter our own animals. Many other countries do not have this kind of easy access.
