REFLECTION QUESTIONElectricity Generation Learn More About Geothermal EnergyGeothermal energy is reliable, abundant, and efficient. Project Drawdown states that public investment will play a crucial role in its expansion. In what ways (i.e. with money, time, advocacy) can you invest in geothermal energy?
Mikayla Sprinkle 4/05/2019 6:34 AMFor passive geothermal, the gov’t could provide tax refunds like they do for solar energy. The gov’t could also fund part or all of the investments for active geothermal power plants or they can provide incentives for power companies to build these power plants. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterials Share Bioplastic Disposal TipsWhat concerns you the most about how we are affecting the planet? Consider both local and global actions.
Mikayla Sprinkle 4/04/2019 6:38 AMwhat concerns me is what's happening to the animals and plants, locally we can just pick up trash and know what we are throwing out the right way and wrong way, globally we can just teach and learn from others. -
