I try to eat vegan meals every day. Eating vegan gives me more energy to do the things that I love. I also enjoy the way vegan food tastes. It tastes fresh and nutrient dense.

I am having an easy time doing the smaller portions part of this challenge. I am already used to using small plates and bowls when I eat food, so this was only a minor challenge for me. I understand that using small plates is a nice trick for your brain to think it's consuming more than it is.
