    We are writing an article in the school newspaper about the School's' failed efforts to install solar panels. The solar panels are not connected to anything.

    I watched a video on YouTube about Berlin's city planers' efforts to plant gardens on top of and around buildings in order to trap rain water and reduce people's' air conditioning costs because water that evaporates from the garden would cool the surrounding area.
