    How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "R's" make you feel?

    It makes me feel good that if i implement the r's than i could make a small difference but when we all do something small for our environment it all adds up and we make a difference.

    That everyone is leaving a good life and we all have clean water and there aren't any methane leaks anywhere. If there are methane leaks it would be good if we would repair it very fast.

    That American's  rely on meat on meat in there diet more than everyone else does. If other people were to try this then we wouldn't be in such a bad place than what we are in now.

    Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

    I do not have to work out as much ever since i made my serving size less than what i used to do and now that i am doing it the small amount of food is starting to full me.
