  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Transport Research and Advocate for High-Speed Rail
What are the factors that influence your choice of transportation? These can include things like money, time, and convenience, as well as perceptions of danger or safety. What would need to change for you to regularly choose more climate-friendly options?

If we were to use faster method of transportation (think Japan's bullet trains), less fossil fuels would be wasted, and you would most likely be able to get to your destination faster, with less time and stress wasted. And if you were to make a rail connecting all the major cities such as NYC and Chicago, most people would be able to easily transport goods, wasting less.

How does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?

"Use-by" indicates the date of expiration, "Sell-by" indicates the date where the product is at it's top quality, and "Best-by" is the ideal shelf life date. This will help me figure out how fresh a certain type of food is and how not to waste stuff that's still edible.

specifically, how to use different forms of protection; which ones might be dangerous, which ones you need to get prescriptions for, and age differences in relation to the type of protection you use.
