    We recently  joined a gym and we go three times a week. We walk our dog and our neighbors dog too! We always use bioplastic  poop bags.

    We compost all vegetables and most of our fruit. George makes daily trips to our compoter.

      Mike even puts coffee filters in our compost which eventually biodegrade.  But last week I saw a bird with a whole coffee filter in its mouth which I assume it was going to use for a nest..

    I want to learn more about how bio plastics help save energy. We buy  quite a bit of spinach for our smoothies. We do not  buy spinach packaged in plastic.
