I feel awake and ready to engage in my day when I ride my bike to work (3 days/week). The other 2 days/week I work in Campbell River so I have to drive. I notice I feel way more tired and my body is stiff when I drive :(
My goal is to obtain regular employment within 10 km of my home so I can bike every day.
