    I frequent to the grocery store. We have multiple cars and multiple schedules with the people I live with, so when possible we try to take one car.

    It helps you understand that just because something is a sell by date, doesn't mean that it should be thrown away or not used.

    Food Smaller Portions
    Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

    Reduced waste if not able to completely finish remaining food. There is also weight and health benefits from eating smaller portions.
