    My family recently switched out some of the lightbulbs in our house for LED lights. It is such a small switch but is still quite impactful.

    I found that by limiting my meat consumption, I created more colorful and meaningful meals for myself. I was more mindful of what I was putting in my body and really enjoyed the challenge.
