Susan Webb 4/18/2019 3:20 AMThis is an interesting read. I enjoyed reading "what happens to my old refrigerator or freezer once I get rid of it?"
Happy Thursday!

Just to let you know I am still doing my daily challenges , yogurt and fruit (no waste) I have a little Tupperware I put my lunch in (smaller portions) one meatless meal (apples and cheese) but what I enjoy the most is keeping track of my wasted food. Because I am writing everything done I am very much aware of what I throw away. Happy Friday!! :>)-

Kathleen ffolliott 4/10/2019 4:57 PMOver Christmas, I visited my daughter in Ghana. We took some courses with an organization called "Global Mama's"--a really cool organization that gives work to women in Africa. My daughter and I took a cooking class with a local mother, and a batique-making class with another. It was an incredible experience. They also had a store, where we could buy products made by local women. I wanted to buy everything! https://www.globalmamas.org/Info/aboutus

Susan Webb 4/08/2019 2:02 AMGood morning and Happy Monday. North Bay was wonderful seeing my family and today I have started once again my daily challenges, meal portions, zero waste and so on. This morning I donated two kits to Femme International and tomorrow I will start learning about woman owned businesses and how to support them. Have a great day today! -
Susan Webb 4/05/2019 2:59 AMKeeping track of my food waste every day is also pretty simple as it's just me BUT my daughter Kelly lives here with me and I am going to keep track of her waste too especially when her boyfriend spends the weekends here. She and Matthew will be on board :>) -
Susan Webb 4/05/2019 2:56 AMGood morning and HAPPY FRIDAY!! :>)
I will be heading to North Bay for my brothers 50th birthday so will miss seeing all of you Sunday.
My daily challenges I am still doing and you really don't want a day to day list of what I am eating. (It's usually the same) I did however switch my MasterCard statement and my American Express statement over to email instead of snail mail this morning. Have a great weekend everyone Sue :>)-
Kathleen ffolliott 4/05/2019 12:11 PMSafe travels, Susan! And have fun.
