Ashley Wolitzer 4/04/2019 1:15 PMI committed to at least one vegan/vegetarian meal per day and have already had two meatless meals. I read a study that researchers at the University of Oxford found that cutting meat and dairy products from your diet could reduce your carbon footprint from food by up to 73%. Happy to be doing my part!
