    I got really good at saying ‘no straw please’ at restaurants and asking for no silverware when getting takeout. I even brainwashed my kids - at restaurants they would tell the server to bring their drinks in glass, not plastic!

    Removing palm oil is hard - especially if you are eating a vegan diet! Even the coconut based butter has a palm oil blend. This is making me question some of the products I use all the time.
