REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterialsWhat single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?
Megan Zack 4/24/2019 2:23 PMI got really good at saying ‘no straw please’ at restaurants and asking for no silverware when getting takeout. I even brainwashed my kids - at restaurants they would tell the server to bring their drinks in glass, not plastic! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLand UseHow difficult or easy was it to change your diet?
Megan Zack 4/09/2019 7:49 PMRemoving palm oil is hard - especially if you are eating a vegan diet! Even the coconut based butter has a palm oil blend. This is making me question some of the products I use all the time.
