    This is new to me, so I will spend considerable time exploring options. Breakfast may be the most difficult for me as I tend to lean toward dairy to accompany this meal. Looking forward to all the benefits.

    Great article about Denmark and how they have started toward decreasing food waste. It shows how grassroots efforts can make a difference.
