    I am probably not alone in this group when I say I have been paying attention to this for years but always can use a refresher.  When I stopped regularly consuming meat and dairy, palm oil was not a big part of the conversation nor was I a coffee drinker.  I cook a lot so am not concerned about my palm oil consumption as much. However, I work in an office where convenience snacks bought in bulk and are aplenty.  I have switched the office from keurig cups to coffee maker coffee who roasts locally and sources sustainably.  The snacks are the next part.  I need to gently insert that into the next conversation.
