I research foods sometimes to try to make a healthier diet if I feel i need more calories or just to bounce back after a couple days of eating unhealthy. Its a lot better for the body when you understand what goes in.

Buying fresh is a lot better than buyin whole processed foods. It is better for our boddy and some natural foods can be recycled back into the enironment. I try to find food at farmers markets as clean and healthy as possible.
