April 26 at 11:25 AMThe daily input was difficult for me because I travel so much for work. But the actions were always on my mind, and I liked the one-time challenges. In the end, I didn't do as well as I hoped, but it still was inspiring.

April 24 at 10:09 AMCarbon is the big decider now. Money and time of course, but lately it has also been the ability to move around physically, and really work while traveling. I have rheumatoid arthritis, but planes are becoming so cramped. Trains are still roomy, and allow more easily for walking. They are also less noisy. However, I also just read that...

April 24 at 10:04 AMI have been planning to get storm windows for at least six windows in my house. I am hoping I still have time today to do it. But this challenge has helped provide the impetus.

April 22 at 9:32 AMIn the U.S., we're arrogant. NPR had a segment talking about subway/rail, and how our building of this infrastructure is always, ALWAYS more expensive than in other developed countries. Countries with Unions. Countries that pay a living wage. Study after study can't seem to figure out why. Well, one of the interviewees had a...

April 21 at 2:37 PMUh-oh! Just realized that Almond Milk contains Vit A Palmitate, which might be a Palm Oil derivative. Ugh.

April 21 at 11:37 AMBamboo Spoons! We do have bamboo alternatives for many things. I need to commit to buying bamboo toilet paper/paper towels.
