April 3 at 9:02 PMMy goal is to ride my bike to work once a week - every Thursday. That's 26 miles RT, which helps keep me in shape. Strava helps me go fast - always chasing my PRs (personal records) on various sections (without being an ass to other cyclists or drivers).

April 3 at 9:00 PMI threw away an orange that went bad. That's always the struggle for me - making sure the fruit doesn't go off. I also composted the stems and leaves from a head of cabbage. I watched a video about using more parts of the vegetables. I need to learn how to do that more. My daughter didn't eat her breakfast, but I saved it and had it for dessert...
