    It helps me plan before going to the grocery store to know what I'll actually need for the week, so I save money and time by not buying extra products that will go to waste.

    In your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?

    I think both the availability & marketing of meat products influences the North American ways of eating, as well as ignorance or separation from seeing how their food is produced.

    It was not difficult but it take some time  to get use to it.
