Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Today is the last day. I really enjoyed being a part of the SEEDS team. On my walk today I picked up trash too. Every person makes a difference  :)

I try to share stories and news articles that inform the public of what's happening with our environment.  I am continually working on my own part knowing that's where change starts first.  I know that my little part makes a difference and hope to inspire others to start in small ways as well.  It makes it seem less daunting.

I've been turning off unneeded lights & appliances as soon as possible to reduce electrical use, and not turning them on unless absolutely necessary. We keep the temperature of our home lower to conserve energy and have programmed our thermostat to reduce the temperature while we're sleeping.
