    The climate here is generally quite nice and conducive to walking and biking. So much could be made more enjoyable if folks could feel comfortable biking. It also puts all income level, ethnicities, etc. on an even field.

    I use plastic bottles nearly every day, but I have since began to use hydroflask water bottles. They work really well, and they keep single use plastics out of landfills.

    I think Americans eat more meat because it is easily accessible to the public. The dollar menu at Mcdonalds can offer meats for cheap.

    Other benefits of eating smaller portions is health for us. Eating too much food can upset a stomach and cause issues with continuing to stuff a full stomach.

    Work - when headed to work I always walk, in the winter I catch a ride with my family, after work I always car-pool with a co worker of mine. School - As for school if it is warm I walk to school. If it is cold outside I get a ride from my family.     I want to prioritize the people in my life over what materialistic things I own, as well as cut down on what I need to live and what I don't really need to have a happy life. Woohoo minimalism!!!

    The most inspirational part of acting on renewable energy is the fact that it can change the way the world is affected and it can enable a better life for the next generations of humans. If I am able to live a comfortable life why shouldn't they be able to?

    My grandparents own a large area of land that I will soon inherit so it is important for me to learn how to take care of the area in which I will soon own. Declining farmland makes the value of my grandparents farm go up and I will soon be a part of what I need to protect.
