While in a course in Nepal, to implement change we had discussions for feedback with the women's council of the village. On one side they are involved with the community but on the flip side they have almost no time since most of their day is lost walking to get wood and water for cooking and fuel.

donate food for the homeless keeping track: [threw out excess broth from pho and garnishes and kale that went bad - it was communal to the house but still feel partially responsible]

there are huge hills in San Francisco but those are not easy to change
