    How could better walking infrastructure make your city both more enjoyable and more equitable?

    Better walking infrastructure could make Durham and Chapel Hill more enjoyable for those of us who love to be outdoors and use muscle-power.  It would also make the area more equitable for those who either don't have a car or who can't afford to drive it all the time.
