And I looked in some of the local shops. I only use natural fabrics. I should have read the instructions of how to work this challenge! I learned a great deal. -

Stephanie Bissland 4/17/2019 7:14 PMThe exponent explosion of trash during my lifetime are horrendous--I think we ought to speak up as well as just quietly change our ways; e.g., bring your own container, or wrap when you go to a takeout place that still uses styro or plastic. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Smaller PortionsFun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?
Stephanie Bissland 4/03/2019 4:53 PMI have restaurant size plates which are too large; the salad plate will be the perfect size. I came measuring the food; and if hungry still, the rule is that it must be something different than having seconds. Usually it's fruit. -
