REFLECTION QUESTIONFood CompostingProducing food that goes uneaten squanders many resources—seeds, water, energy, land, fertilizer, hours of labor, financial capital. Which of these kinds of waste most motivates you to change your behavior regarding food waste? Why?
Benita Blue 3/28/2019 1:35 PMPersonally, I don't eat a ton of food per day so watching what I throw away and what I don't eat will hopefully motivate me to be more mindful when making food choices. It also makes me happy to eat/cook with foods I grow myself so it puts the labor part into perspective because of the amount of time and effort it takes to grow produce.
