    How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "R's" make you feel?

    I want to do more thrift store shopping and repair clothes rather than just buying new. I make the excuse that I am too busy and end up buying fast fashion, shopping online, etc. Thinking about finding items that still have use in local and thrift stores invites making decisions with more awareness, mindfulness and deliberate purpose -  which sounds more time consuming, but also much more satisfying than the busy, crazy way I usually rush through things and end up with junk anyway.
