REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Explore Other Food SolutionsWhat did you find out? What is the most interesting fact you learned?
Michael Earley 4/22/2019 11:45 AMQuite simply, we have the ability to do more, and largely choose not to. Some of this even seems like it would be more profitable, which is confounding as to why it's not being adopted. -
Michael Earley 4/22/2019 5:24 AMBoom. That score....it's over 1,000!!! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWomen and Girls Learn about the Need for Family PlanningWhat did you learn about the need for family planning? Share some of the learning with your friends!
Michael Earley 4/18/2019 9:26 AMIt's less about "family" and much more about overpopulation and crowding. A very logical, rational, approach to what many devolve into an emotional argument. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Learn More about SilvopastureHad you heard of the term "silvopasture" before now? After learning more about it, what do you think is the biggest advantage of silvopasture?
Michael Earley 4/12/2019 6:53 AMI had not heard of it as that. It seems very similar to how Jamon is done though. It seems like it's another great idea, that seems obvious, that just hasn't been done enough. The biggest advantage is the benefits so far outweigh the negatives after the initial investment time. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Learn More about Regenerative AgricultureClean air, clean water and healthy food are three reasons to care about regenerative agriculture. What are some other reasons?
Michael Earley 4/12/2019 6:15 AMSustainability. The "world" needs to updates it's usage of language. We should always be aiming for the "Best" and/or "Most Efficient" means of doing anything. To often we only focus on the benefits of one metric. Yield means nothing if the long term cost degenerates. That pushes the entire process out of top tier solution. That needs to be in the initial equation, not discovered as a side effect later. -
Michael Earley 4/12/2019 6:07 AMWhat a surge. Let's see if that intensity can go wide. -
