I wish that the email I received from the team captain would have directly linked to the log in page for my actions.

Sounds terrible, but it was hard for me to figure out where to go to input my actions. I figured this out “late in the game”. So I think I got more out of this eco challenge than my points actually reflect.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Smaller Portions
Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

I knew all these solutions, but I still fail to implement them! The one thing I could do better is check th pantry before going shopping. Also I have plenty of items that intended to use but never did. I need to go back and use them before they expire!

I was fairly sure I understood the difference but it was good confirm. Also, since I don’t eat meat it is easier to make sure I’m eating food that won’t make me sick.

Today I learned about Bamboo. My daughter uses bamboo toothbrushes and once I learned about the value of bamboo, I will too.
