Erin Gately 4/24/2019 9:16 AMLast day of the challenge!!! I am still thinking about electric cars and restorative agriculture. Meatless meals have become a daily staple. Good things coming out of this Drawdown Ecochallenge!!! -
Erin Gately 4/23/2019 3:13 PMDue to the fact that I traveled on Earth Day and during the Eco Challenge I am going to look into offsetting my air travel. I’ve never done that before. Anyone have a recommendation of which company I should go through?-
Liz Hardee 4/24/2019 9:30 AMTerrapass is the big one that does individual offsets. I also know somebody at Native Energy so I trust their projects are solid.

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Learn More about Regenerative AgricultureClean air, clean water and healthy food are three reasons to care about regenerative agriculture. What are some other reasons?
Erin Gately 4/23/2019 3:10 PMBiosequestation, increased resilience to climate change, improved topsoil, and more efficient water usage. -
Erin Gately 4/22/2019 2:35 PMGetting close to the end of the challenge. Hoping I can continue to participate while on travel. -
Erin Gately 4/21/2019 3:07 PMDoes chocolate count as a meatless meal? I think so! -

Erin Gately 4/20/2019 10:33 AMI must admit today’s meatless meal was not planned. Forgot to eat breakfast but needed to eat so what I had with me was trail mix! 😬 -
Erin Gately 4/19/2019 10:30 AMHas anyone heard of this? Apparently Katcha (so?) is doing a carbon-free fancy dinner to celebrate earth day. http://www.zerofoodprint.org/ -
Erin Gately 4/19/2019 10:25 AMToday’s meatless meal was a smoothie. I guess lots of people have dairy in their smoothies but I never even think to do that. Maybe I should stop calling them smoothies! The more I think about it the more I think I should just call them blended juices! 😂 Today’s was my standby: apple, kale, ginger, mango with some coconut water and a little local bee pollen in top. 🐝 -
Erin Gately 4/18/2019 10:18 AMOh no! It appears, despite my best efforts of setting an alarm for weekends, that somehow I did not track April 13th correctly. It appears I checked in but didn't say I completed the challenge. Interesting. I didn't even know I could do that!!!
