Everyday, I have been trying to limit my car usage. Yesterday I walked to my mechanic to pick up my car instead of getting a ride from my mom.

My mom and I have been doing yard work together lately, and this year, we decided to mulch the base of the trees in our yard. She didn't really understand why it was a thing people did, so it was a great way to spark a conversation.

This morning, I set my alarm extra early to get ready for work. I always get a dunkin donuts coffee before heading to work but today I wanted to walk. It was a little chilly, but woke me up and got me feeling motivated to continue this ecochallenge.
