    Cultural norms, especially during holidays when families get together, also during events surrounding funerals and other life-cycle events.

    Actually, I ate two (2) vegan meals today.  Breakfast of organic cereal, organic banana, and Oat Milk and lunch at the New Deal Cafe, that serves only plant-based food.

    Lore and I each got a sandwich from our favorite Italian Deli and I only ate half of it.  I will eat the second half tomorrow for lunch.

    Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

    Ate out tonight, but only finished half of my dinner.  I took the rest home to eat at a later date.
