My son is involved in a Native American Youth Group for urban Native youth. They are leading a workshop at a conference later this week on protecting sacred land. I helped in the putting together of the workshop at youth group today.

I build a walk in to my commute everyday and often walk to a further bus stop to get some more steps in.

My work strongly encourages alternative transportation and this has spread to my personal trips as well. My car (which is all electric) can stay in the garage for most of the week.

We prioritize farming of meat; we subsidize farmers to grow grain for meat feed. It is economic -- certainly not based in environmental or health concerns.
