    In India, pads and tampons are very expensive people shame women for buying them if they have the money.

    I learned how much more respectful indigenous people were to their land and how I can be more respectful to mine

    It's pretty easy to eat one vegan meal a day. For example, say you had toast and coffee for your breakfast, that is one vegan meal. And say you checked off two vegan meals by eating a salad for lunch. Even if you don't exceed every day, you still are making an impact.

    America is known for there chicken, cow, and pig farms that supply most of the world. I guess we just have a lot to spare and we eat it. Plus you can't walk more than 200 miles away from a McDonald's in the US, so......

    well, my family's compost bin is for the garden so i think fertilizer is my biggest motivation.

    How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "R's" make you feel?

    i think this could help us be more aware of the recyclable products we just throw out without thinking about it. it makes me feel like i did something right when i recycle stuff.

    if you think before you throw stuff out, its easy to recycle everything you can.
