I am really happy with the bamboo alternative readily available in my community. However, they have to be sought after at more high-end stores and I wish they were a little more prevalent and desired.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Composting
Producing food that goes uneaten squanders many resources—seeds, water, energy, land, fertilizer, hours of labor, financial capital. Which of these kinds of waste most motivates you to change your behavior regarding food waste? Why?

    Cordelia Hume 4/24/2019 1:56 PM
I am most motivated by the amount of water and land use that is wasted for uneaten food. It is just so sad that people do not realize the consequences of food waste.
