Informing parents that having period is natural and not a sickness. The country where I grew up many people believe that they should keep their girls home during that time of the month.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Smaller Portions
Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

If you are thinking about replacing your refrigerator, remember that HCFCs in refrigerators are one of the most potent greenhouse gases but there are some new ones on the market made without them.
