REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Keep Track of Wasted FoodAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Where would you rather use this money?
Claire Kelzer 4/11/2019 1:13 PMI would rather spend the money on tuition or a new laptop. I need money for both. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLand Use Forest-Friendly Foods 2How difficult or easy was it to change your diet?
Claire Kelzer 4/10/2019 12:58 PMIt was really easy to change my diet. I don't like coffee and most food I do eat has no palm oil. The chocolate is easy this time of year. During Lent I always give up sweets, so I don't eat chocolate for a couple months, and even when I do eat chocolate, it isn't with any frequency to greatly impact my diet.
