    I’m finding that it’s fairly easy to eat vegan or vegetarian for two of the meals  in a day. For dinner we did have meat but still more veggies than meat!

    By learning to live with less water on a daily basis. Installed a brick in my toilet tank. Also not flushing every time I use the potty

    I believe that the cheap and easily attainable meat in fast food restaurants has a lot to do with the meat consumption in North America.
