    Girls need to be educated to help make educated decisions for themselves, their families, and their community. This includes decisions about sustainability.

    Historically, only wealthy people could afford meat. Now that meat is more accessible, we are in the habit of eating meat with every evening meal as a status of financial security.

    I didn't commute to UP but telecommuted instead. I got more work done in less time, while saving resources.
