Having a meatless meal once a day has opened my eyes to new recipes and added variety to my diet. I will continue doing this after the Eco-Challenge ends to be sustainable but also to better my overall health.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Reduce Animal Products
In your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?

Lack of education and appreciation for health contributes to North America's meat consumption problem. North America is also wasteful, where a large percentage of meats are thrown away from spoiling. This shows that North America should continue to educate their youth on the importance of health and being less wasteful.
