    I can mitigate my negative impact by choosing to consume coffee and cocoa that is shade grown; and to switch some of my usual consumption of dairy and meat products to vegetarian/vegan alternatives.

    Making the choice to support local farmers and help build/maintain resilient communities is so important and something that is so easy to express and share with friends and family.
