I drove across the country this year instead of taking a plane! Yay

      This is amazing!!!

I read a book earlier this year called Planetwalker: 22 years of walking. 17 years of silence. 10/10 would recommend. This environmental activist gives up the use of motorized vehicles for 22 years after witnessing an oil spill in San Fran and decides to take responsibility for his own environmental impact. Though for most of us it may be beyond our capacity to make the same kind of huge change in our lives, it's pretty cool to think about the positive impact we can make by choosing more sustainable forms of travel :)
