    Scott Kellogg was great at spelling out possibility of  transforming urban dirt to urban gardens and compost sites close to home.

    The Doane Stuart School is offering a tour of its Green Roof on May 14th 1-3. This is through HVCC Center for Creative Retirement. I've signed up. See you there?

    In 2014 the City of Troy adopted a Complete Streets ordinance which can be found in the City Code Chapter 271.  The Planning Department and Commission are the keepers of the Code. Citizens can attend Planning Commission meetings or review proposals to be sure the Code is being followed. The Code also calls for an Advisory Board and I have asked Barbara Nelson who has been very involved whether she knows if that has happened.
